‘High School Musical’ star Zac Efron has revealed that he ‘rocked’ embarrassing moustache as a teenager in a bid to look older.
“In high school there were guys who were really tall, there were burly guys on the football team who looked like my dad - and then there was me, who looked like a little kid. I was a late bloomer,” Contactmusic quoted him as telling TOTP magazine.
He said: “I actually rocked a pubescent moustache for a while. It was so unattractive.”
The actor mentioned that he was not attractive in his early days.
He said: “I was not one of the cool kids. I wasn’t the heartthrob of the class in any way. I was just a regular kid.”
Efron is presently dating his ‘High School Musical’ co-star Vanessa Hudgens.
